The Lash Line Process

A step-by-step guide to what happens during your lash line enhancement appointment — from pre-care to the final touch-up.

The first session takes about 1.5-2 hours, and the touch-up appointment lasts around 1 hour.

The first session is $450, and the touch-up (6–10 weeks later) is $150. A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required and goes toward your total. Results typically last 1–3 years after the touch-up, depending on skin and after-care.

Before your session, please review the pre-care guidelines in the Pre/Post Care section and read through the Policies page.

Following the pre-care instructions helps your skin stay calm and prepared for the service.

1

Before the Appointment

If you’d like to talk more before booking, an online consultation is available to answer questions and go over your goals.

We also offer in-person consultations for those who prefer to visit the studio before scheduling.

During either option, we’ll discuss your preferences, what type of lash line definition you’re looking for, and any details you want to keep in mind for your appointment.

2

Consultation Options

We’ll take a few minutes to talk about the look you want — subtle definition, a slightly bolder lash line, or anything in between.

We’ll explain what to expect during the session and confirm the style that fits your eyes and daily routine.

3

At the Appointment: Lash Line Goals & Expectations

We’ll show you a preview of your lash line using a black pencil as the base and a light brown dusting on top for a soft, subtle finish.

This gives you a clear idea of where pigment will be placed and how defined the final result will look.

You’ll be able to request adjustments—slightly thicker, softer, or more tapered—so we create a look that feels perfect for your daily routine.

4

Mapping: Designing Your Lash Line

A topical anesthetic is applied before starting, and your eyes will remain gently closed during the session.

Throughout the process, we reapply numbing to keep you comfortable the entire time.

Numbing for Comfort

Once the design is approved, we work carefully along the lash line to deposit pigment between the lashes for subtle definition.

The process is gentle, with numbing maintained throughout to minimize any discomfort.

6

Tattooing Process

Immediately after the session, your lash line may look darker and slightly more defined — this is completely normal.

Minor redness or swelling can occur and usually subsides within a few hours.

As the area heals, the color will soften, blending naturally into the lash line over the following days.

7

Right After the Procedure

You’ll receive an aftercare kit and instructions to help your lash line heal smoothly.

Healing takes about 7–10 days, and the pigment fully settles in around 4–6 weeks.

Everyone heals differently — some retain more pigment than others depending on their skin type and how well aftercare is followed.

Full aftercare details can be found in the Pre/Post Care Section.

8

Aftercare & Healing

Your follow-up appointment happens 6–10 weeks later, once your eyes are fully healed. This is where we see how the pigment settled and make any adjustments you’d like.

We can go darker, add a little more density, or even everything out so your lash line looks clean and balanced. This visit completes the process and gives you a long-lasting result.
